Customer experiences highlight the café’s inviting nature. Paul Fournier praises the cozy atmosphere, stating, "the prices were not cheap but not super expensive either... it was delicious!" This speaks to the value you receive at Shiran—where quality meets comfort. Meanwhile, P. Mortel mentions the secluded outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying a meal while basking in nature, along with the practicality of having outlets available indoors for those who may want to charge their devices during their visit.

While service may not be a standout feature according to Paul, it's often the unremarkable service that leaves customers feeling at ease, allowing the food and atmosphere to take center stage. With its combination of satisfying cuisine, a cozy setting, and real reviews that affirm its charm, Restaurant Shiran is undoubtedly a perfect stop for a relaxing meal or a catch-up with friends over coffee.

Came here for a coffee and a snack. Really liked the atmosphere, it was very cozy! The prices were not cheap but not super expensive either (~350¥ for a big cookie, ~400 for a cappuccino iirc). But! That's totally worth it. It was delicious! I can't say much about service, which is a good thing, it was unremarkable in a good way. There seemed to be a small manga corner as well (probably in Japanese) and a couch! Definitely recommend going there!

The cafe has a warm ambience. There is a nice secluded outdoor dining area. There are outlets indoors for charging. I dined for brunch and got a rice bowl (700Yen) with iced coffee (200) set. The rice rice bowl was filling for me with a small appetite. I was able to get my coffee immediately but the rice bowl took some time to be served.
